The Land & the Woman

that hold your process

► MEET ME LIVE

Selva Corazon...

The retreat takes place near Tamarindo, in the Guanacaste Blue Zone of northwestern Costa Rica — between dry forest and jungle, a short walk from Playa Negra beach, on the Pacific Ocean.

This is not a resort. It’s not a vacation escape.

It’s a living ecosystem — one that brings you back into contact with life itself.

A simple wooden cabin rests among native trees.

No artificial noise. No excess.

Only wind, water, animals, light, and the raw intelligence of nature.

Here, the principles of epigenetics become tangible.
Natural light restores sleep.
Seasonal food nourishes the body.
Early nights calm the nervous system.
The rhythm of the land reshapes your own.

We drink spring water.
We move, breathe, sweat, rest...
We live with the ocean, the forest, and the elements.

As the environment simplifies, your system slows down.
Your senses return.
Your priorities reorganize.

This place doesn’t teach.
It reveals.

And that’s where the work truly begins.

... and Me.

Before we meet, I think it's essential that you know a little about where I come from — not to convince you, but to establish clarity and trust.

My path has never been theoretical.

From an early age, nature became my refuge — a place that held me when my family system couldn’t.

Later, life asked me to meet intensity directly: through grief, through birth, and through exposure to raw human and environmental realities in places where comfort is not an option.

The death of my father marked a turning point.
Not as a collapse, but as an initiation into
learning how to stay — with pain, with fear, with life as it is.

Over the years, I immersed myself in bodywork, psychology, trauma-informed practices, epigenetics, and spiritual traditions — not to escape reality, but to understand how humans survive, adapt, and eventually transform.

Temperament-wise, I’m not someone who sits quietly at a distance. I think and move fast.

I’m curious, alert, alive!
I can hold many threads at once — and shift instantly when presence, silence, or slowness is what the moment requires.

That combination is my medicine.

I hold the space with focus, steadiness, humor, science, intuition, and deep respect for the intelligence of life.

I know how to remain present when things get uncomfortable — because I’ve learned that this is where life reorganizes itself.

I don’t heal people.

I don’t promise comfort.

I stay.

And if there is one thing I know for sure, it’s this:
Life is not here to please us

— it is here to be lived.
Fully. Honestly. Courageously.

The best way to feel whether this place and presence are right for you is through a video call.
Energy is easier to sense than to explain.
