Sometimes everything changes in a single moment —
an accident, a loss, a divorce, a burnout...
Sometimes it builds slowly over months,
through a fading sense of meaning
or a quiet dissociation.
Whispering the same truth:
"THIS DOESN'T FEEL LIKE ME ANYMORE."
As a parent holding the household steady.
A caregiver whose clients rely on you.
A space-holder expected to inspire.
A leader who cannot break.
A high achiever taught that worth comes from being exceptional.
But deep inside, a voice whispers:
"I'M PERFORMING MY LIFE INSTEAD OF INHABITING IT."
If something in this moment resonates with you, we can simply explore it together.
You’ve tried to make changes:
habits, diet, environment, work, partners...
Maybe even therapy to understand, to improve,
to move forward.
And yet… nothing shifts.
What most people don’t realize is the moment is this :
Fatigue, boredom, and a sense of constant defeat
are no signs that something is wrong.
You’re just trying to keep alive something that’s already over:
A LIFE THAT STILL WORKS, BUT NO LONGER FITS WHO YOU ARE BECOMING.
True!
Outgrowing your life means entering discomfort in your body - so you can feel alive again.
AND it doesn’t necessarily mean losing everything you’ve worked to build!
This is a passage. A real threshold.
Something in you is already ready for more.
But you won't step into it
until your body feels safe enough to do so.
Space to step out of your usual roles.
Space for your nervous system to finally regulate.
A space where your body can take the lead and your mind can finally soften its grip.
As you've probably experienced yourself, real change rarely happens in fragments.
IT NEEDS TO BE HELD
In a container.
A space held long enough for something deeper to shift.
These transitions used to be held.
By family.
By tribes.
Through rituals...
Where it wasn't just understood.
It was lived in the body.
Today, we do it alone
and nothing really shifts.
This is why these 1:1 somatic retreats exist.
Not an escape.
A structured passage.
Let's see what's keeping you stuck.
You wake up with a different kind of ease.
Your breath feels deeper.
Your body no longer wakes in resistance.
In daily life, something realigns :
You stop trying to prove yourself through exhaustion.
You make choices that reflect who you are now —
not who you once thought you had to be.
In your relationships, you speak more honestly.
You set boundaries without the former guilt.
Your energy stops leaking.
It moves toward what truly matters.
You trust your direction again.
The question is no longer:
“HOW DO I GET THROUGH THIS?”
but
“HOW DO I WANT TO LIVE FROM HERE?”
This transition didn’t take
your life away.
It clarified it.
What emerges is a deeper sense of:
• vitality
• integrity
• purpose
— lived not as ideas, but as embodied experience.
Not because life becomes easier — but because you've learned to trust your body's wisdom.
And naturally, you begin to live differently.
Ready to feel this shift in your body?
I’ve been there too.
After 15 years of therapy and analysis in France,
I realized something was still off — just like you.
So I began to travel across the world,
searching for what would truly create change.
From Thai bodywork,
to Ayurveda in India,
to African traditions in Senegal,
to plant medicine here in Costa Rica.
What I came to see is this:
The body holds what the mind cannot resolve.
And until it moves,
life keeps repeating the same patterns — in more subtle ways.
That’s why I created this immersion.
A space where, in a few days,
you can access what took me years to learn.
I’m with you — hour by hour.
Creating the conditions
for your body to feel safe enough
to release what no longer serves you.
So your patterns can truly shift —
not at the level of the mind,
but from within.
I love this work —
because I get to witness people come fully alive.
And once it shifts, it doesn’t stop with them.
It carries forward.
The first step is simple — though not easy:
Let go of the need to control.
And reach out.
I’ll be here to hold you.
Yes, it is if...
When life forces a reckoning you can no longer ignore: couple crises, divorce, grief, health scares, professional collapse...
When the nervous system forgets how to return to rest because of unresolved trauma, and chronic conditions/diseases come, adding another layer of necessity for change.
When life feels empty despite success or awareness, and an inner call for deeper alignment, purpose, and truth can no longer be ignored - especially by leaders, coaches, and caregivers.
but a mystery to be lived.”
